A change of focus

Filed under: The Latest Word — admin @ 8:15 pm

A lot has changed in the freebie trading world since I started this site back in April 2008. I am not very active in the freebie trading scene at present, this is for a number of reasons.

I did make some decent money with this opportunity, but  it had some drawbacks… mainly how time consuming it was compared to the amount of money I could make (around $4000/month profit, working ’round the clock, 7 days a week).

You can definitely still make money in freebie trading, but you have to keep on working very hard to keep up substantial earnings, and it is very difficult indeed to break over $5000/month no matter what you do.

My old pages are still available, I have updated them recently to be more consistent with the current situation (they were getting rather dated), but the information is still valid and useful for anyone wishing to get involved. You can access them here:

My main focus now is on monetizing and generating traffic to my own web sites and blogs. I feel this will be more money for less effort in the long run. Exactly how this is done is beyond the scope of this site, however if you’re interested in receiving more information about how to do this I will be happy to email you the methods and strategies I’m currently using along with a comprehensive list of the best resources I have found.

If you are a beginner in Internet marketing, I recommend this excellent one week course that helped me very much. This product is one of the very few of a great many I have tried that I feel good about giving my full endorsement to:

PotPieGirl’s One Week Marketing

She has a superb mastery of the subject and also knows how to explain things in a very easy to understand, step by step manner. This course thoroughly  explains the basics of affiliate marketing, including finding a profitable niche, doing keyword research, setting up web pages, SEO, writing good ad copy, and driving traffic. Excellent for the beginner to intermediate marketer.

Another  resource I consider indispensable (and free to join), is the Warrior Forum, one of the best places to find highly advanced Internet marketers discussing all aspects of the business. It’s a particularly good place to research or ask about the legitimacy of a program before spending money on it, or for getting input regarding any aspect of making money online.

Please feel free to contact me directly if you have questions about this site, freebie trading, making money online, or for any other reason:
